We opened our doors to Clients back in early 2016 when our Haus-keeping Clients began asking if we could help them look after their Airbnb Property while they were away. Soon we took on the cleaning, laundry, maintenance and eventually started dealing directly with the Guests to make our Clients lives run as smoothly as possible. Then, after helping other Airbnb Management Companies start and develop, we thought we’d begin our own.
As well as providing a fantastic Guest Experience, our Primary reason for existing is to ensure we’re maximising the potential income for our Clients Property. With Airbnb, it’s all about finding what your Property will be primarily used for and targeting that audience in the best way possible. Your Property should be on every booking platform available to maximise your exposure and increase your return.
Our Guest Team take care of everyone who steps foot through your door. From a quick chat to check their arrival time, to arranging their Taxi from the Airport. Our Team take care of everything to ensure you get as many repeat bookings as possible. The Guest experience is what makes our service so unique and what gets us regular 5* reviews.
Listing your home on Airbnb isn’t like a traditional rental. You’ll need to pick up everything from the forks to the Fire Extinguishers and everything in-between. Thankfully, we have a Multi Award Winning Interior Designer and Home Staging Team at Haus that’ll prep and dress your home within budget and to the best of standards.
We’re here so you don’t have to be. Once your Property is listed and running, you can have as much or as little interaction with the Property as you’d like. We’ll keep you updated with regular emails about your Property as well as being able to log in and check the diary to see just how well your property is doing. We’ll also send you a monthly report together with all the booking fees you’ve received that month.

To start your service costs just £365 to arrange everything listed above
(If you’re planning on engaging our Interior Design service to source your furnishings too, the set up cost is reduced to £225)
Then, our Team will charge 10% of the fee collected from the Hosting platform in order to organise and Manage the Service. The cleaning and consumable fee is taken directly from the Guest so there’s usually nothing further to pay.

We’d love to take on every Property, however some aren’t suitable for Airbnb for a variety of reasons. This maybe something fixable like the quality of the Property or something a little more fundamental such as the Leaseholder excluding it as part of the Lease. We’d remind you that its your responsibility to check your Lease before entering into an agreement with us.
